The Dowagiac Area History Museum announces the Fall Lecture Series for 2019. All programs begin at 6:30 p.m. Free for members, $5 for non-members.
September 4: Almost a Century of Candymaking: A History of Caruso’s Candy Kitchen, by Caruso’s Owner Julie Johnson
October 2: An Historic and Live Look at Lyons Industries, by Don and Lance Lyons
November 6: Getting the Vote: A History of Women’s Suffrage in Michigan, by Ruth Stevens, retired professor Grand Valley State University
December 4: A History of the 1884 Chapin Mansion of Niles, by Mollie Kruck of the Niles History Center
