“Time Brings About a Change” Dedication

The museum invites the public to the dedication of artwork titled “Time Brings About a Change” on February 18 at 3 p.m. “Time Brings About a Change,” by Dowagiac artist O’Larry Collins, depicts three Dowagiac African American residents who had an impact on Dowagiac and Michigan: early settler Thomas Jefferson Martin; first African-American Police Chief in the State of MIchigan George Grady; and first African American to serve on the City Council, Sam Fowlkes.

This event is free and open to the public.
