Description:
Round Oak Stove. Kate Lee Model, size 18, 1898—99. Information on stove given by Herlie Ritter. The Kate Lee stove was most ornate stove ever made by Round Oak and very few exist today, named after Kate Beckwith Lee, P.D. Beckwith's daughter. Inner stove body in poor condition, outer body cast iron in good condition. No grates or fire pot ring. This stove has been sand blasted and the nickle trim replated.

Peerless Company may have acquired this stove when they bought out the furnace, air condition and hot water heater end of business from Kaiser—Fraser Company, who in turn bought out Round Oak Company.
