J.J. Meyers and Harry Shanafelt out for a drive. Mr. Myers' daughter, Hazel was Mr. Shanafelt's wife. He died when their children were very young in 1912. Shanafelt worked at Round Oak in the early 1900s, lost his right arm to cancer in 1911 and sold soap to support the family. For more artifacts, see items donated by Shanafelt, Gary in accessions.
