Notes:
Beckwith Theatre built in 1892 and opened in January 1893; it was a memorial to Round Oak founder, P.D. Beckwith; it was razed in the 1960s

When originally catalogued, it was believed that these were separate and they were catalogued as .0001 and .0002. Volunteer Grace Werner examined and suggested that one is the cover and the other is the back cover with program ribbon attached on inside. The cover has been separated from the ribbon on all extant examples, including others in the collection. Tear remnants and the three sides that are scalloped and one flat side suggest this to be the case. Curator Steve Arseneau concurs with that conclusion.
