Correspondence from Lee Brothers & Co. to the First National Bank in Cassopolis advising them that George M. Wilson will send them tax receipt on 40 acres in Penn Township for collection. Letterhead shows etching of the Beckwith building. Left letterhead shows etching of the Beckwith building and people in the streets, some walking, some riding on horse and wagons. The right side of the letterhead is words. "Lee Brothers & Co. Chauncey T. Lee, Sarah H. Lee, Kate Beckwith Lee, Fred E. Lee, Henry M Lee. Bankers Capital $40,000. Estimated Worth $500,000." The date is stamped on with red ink.
