Pocket watch and Round Oak watch fob that belonged to Charles Gardner, father of Archie Gardner of the Round Oak Stove Company; gold pocket watch made by the Elgin Watch Co. of Illinois, serial #2401049, has floral patterns on the case and large stem (additional information on pocket watch in Muniment file); watch fob attached by chain is black silk ribbon with brass medallion featuring Round Oak Chief Doe—Wah—Jack medallion on front and "Compliments of the Estate of P.D. Beckwith" on backside; tag attached to watch indicates that it belonged to Charles Gardner—— this may have been written by his son Archie Gardner
