B/w; photograph of a winter scene with P.D. Beckwith in his "pung" (sled) pulled by his horse, Old Mike. Photograph is in rough condition and has a piece of matboard behind it for stability. On the backside is written in pencil, "Mrs. E.C. Herrod/402 Green St./ The sled was called a "pung." P.D. Beckwith and "Old Mike" early eighties/Round Oak dance hall and warehouse in background." Notes indicate this photograph of Philo D. Beckwith is c. early 1880s with Round Oak Hall and warehouse in background.
