B/W photograph. V—shaped row of women in front, men in back, standing on a gymnasium floor. Each appears to be holding a small lighted candle. Some identification on separate typed sheet. This has been identified as the candle ceremony during the reception following the giving of the Army—Navy "E" Award for wartime production to Heddon, March 28, 1944.
