Employee 5 —year service pin at Heddon's:

.0001a: Box lid. Maroon paper covering with four gold stripes and a crest shape is square. Lined with white paper. Inside lid printed with red ink: "Gordon B. Miller & Co., Emblem Manufacturers, Cincinnati." All edges have scuff marks.
.0001b: Box bottom, white, .5"H x l.5"L x 1.5"W. Had a raised liner with a hole in it 3/4" in circumference. On the bottom is a paper sticker: "Preston Hartman 5 years tie tac"
.0001c: Box insert, 1.5"w x 1.5"L. Maroon plush material glued to cardboard, with white paper on the back and small hole in the center for the pin.
.0001d: Front of tie tack, 1.5"H x .25"W. Large mouth bass jumping. Tail is on sign that says "Heddon." Beneath this is a red circle with a silver color "5" in center.
.0001e: Back of Tie tac, .5" diam. Silver color receptacle for "fish" front and pinches to accept front.
