a— A fill in the blanks bill. Has Chief Doe—Wah—Jack picture in top left corner of both top and bottom halfs. "$31.88 Dowagiac, Mich. Feb 10 1917 To: J.J. Fisher At Sight Pay To the order of Thirty One & 88/100 Dollars with exchange. Value received and charge same to account of The Beckwith Company per J. O. Recraft (Bedcraft), Cashier. First national Bank Cassopolis Mich." Folded, perferated line, seperating top and bottom halfs. "Dowagiac, Mich. Feb 10 1917 To ANy Bank of Banker: We attach for collection and remittance to us in New York Exchange a Sight Draft. For $31.88 on J.J. Fisher Please present and return at once if not paid, giving reasons for nonpayment, if any Yours Truly, The Beckwith Company. No protest unless otherwise instructed."

b— another fill in the blank, postcard size, paper from First National Bank, Cassopolis, Mich. Feb 17, 1917. J.J. Fisher, we hold for collection, draft on you by The Beckwith Company for $31.88 Please give same prompt attention. Advise if not correct. In pencil next to amount is "Paid". Folded in half vertically.

c— The envelope from Round Oak with Chief Doe—Wah—Jack symbol in the top left corner. Postmarked Dowagiac, Mich Feb 12 6:30pm 1917. Stamped next to the postmark is Feb 17 1917. There is a "window" to see the address on the paper inside. The window isn't clear, it is light brown, feels waxy. Written in the lower left corner is J.J. Fisher. The stamp in the top right corner is red, 2 cents, profile of Washington, not printed on envelope actual stamp.
